In other news, my landlord finally fixed my furnace. (It hasn't worked in... two weeks? At least? I didn't mind so much last week when it was warm, but it's gotten quite cold in here. (The thermostat said 52 earlier this evening.) There were several annoying conversations with unhelpful utility people and furnace repairpeople along the way, so it's not entirely his fault it took this long to fix -- but I'm very glad it's working again. It's amazing how comforting the hiss of the radiator is tonight. (I imagine having a heated house again will help the sinuses, too...)
