Why do I always start asking myself stress-inducing questions at night?

That's the biggest reason I have insomnia. The questions come out at night, and they are at their worst when I try to go to bed. I end up staying up well past a reasonable bedtime, just to avoid the questions.

How could I possibly have managed to forget that it's davehogg's birthday? He's only one of my favorite people in the world. Happy birthday, Dave! *jumfem*
