In the silly ideas department.

So there's this wonderful page of digital photography toys (thanks, [livejournal.com profile] davehogg!). One of them is a trading card maker that's designed to let you make your own collectible card game-style cards.

I don't know from the games, but I had fun playing with it, and made myself a Dame Carruthers card. And it seems to me there ought to be a card game to be made from G&S characters....

I started writing one about 15 years ago. If you're serious, I'll share my ideas with you.

It's SOOOOO time to create a full set of ST:TCG trading cards, isn't it? ;)

G&S trading cards

Some years ago I bought a set of G&S trading cards (I guess they were reproductions of old cigarette cards) and had them framed for a present for [livejournal.com profile] 530nm330hz. There's some for sale on ebay.

Don't forget the G&S playing cards that I made for [livejournal.com profile] _opus_ after Grand Duke! There should be a game specially written for them, though, I agree. (Hell, one of these days I should make a webpage about the project and post the files.)
