Random observations.

• Who ever thought bustles were an attractive fashion option? They're particularly ludicrous on women built like me -- I feel like I look like an armchair when viewed from the side -- but they're just odd in any case.
  
• Working at home tomorrow. I figure I can't be any less productive than I was in the office today, and it means I can get a little extra sleep.
  
• Looks like the plan to go to Mexico after Christmas with the dad family is going to come together. Some time in Oaxaca, and some at the Pacific beaches.
  
• If I'm going to be on Pacific beaches in December, I'd better get myself to the gym.
  
• Speaking of gyms, it turns out you can join the MIT gym even if you're not an MIT affiliate. Might just do that; I'm all over having a pool. (Anyone have reasons I shouldn't?)
  
• I could use some hairstyling advice, to wit: how to put my hair as much up as it can be without it looking dumb and so that it has some hope of staying put. (red_queen? Help?)
  

Now, to do a little more work before going off to final dress rehearsal.
