ToV rocks. That's really all there is to it.

I had a great time this weekend. My knee held up much better than I'd expected, even when I did stupid things like try to run across a field in combat, or trip over someone. I got more exercise than I've had in ages; I guess being a front-line fighter character will do that. I'm still not a very good boffer fighter, but I think I'm improving. I know I landed at least some good blows this weekend, and I certainly had fun trying. I'm so glad I decided to take the chance on not being a noncombatant and letting myself get back into the thick of things even with the brace.

I also get the awesomeness that is having metagenie and residualentropy (er, I mean Dr. residualentropy, congratulations!) running a big chunk of my plot, which is all kinds of cool. And tenwii and the other barbarians are truly glorious roleplaying partners, and all the staff do such great stuff. dharklady and torilgrey, you should be really proud of what you've built.

I'm physically tired but mentally and emotionally much refreshed. Now I need to finish packing, and then go get some sleep before I have to go be professional in Fresno all week.
