If my dreams are prophetic...
May. 6th, 2004 08:44 am...next year's Mystery Hunt will be over within about eight hours, the answer to the final puzzle will be "enzyme" or possibly "enzymes," and the Hunt will be won by the Palindrome team in a narrow victory over ACRONYM and a couple other teams.
Of course, the city of Cambridge will also have to put pictures of the shapes of enzymes on street signs (but only four of the nine or twelve or something required for the puzzle) in Harvard Square and I'll have to find whatever library that was I was in that I didn't recognize. And enzymes will be represented by strange semi-geometric shapes. And guanine will have to be an enzyme instead of a DNA base.
I think this is what happens when I spend a day working on science textbooks, Enigma errata, and NPL convention planning. My brain is so weird.
