Ask Dr. LJ: Passover question.

Most of the people I know would know the answer to this question probably aren't reading this today, but: is cream of tartar kosher for Passover? I don't know any reason it wouldn't be, but my knowledge of Passover restrictions is tenuous.

I was in New Hampshire over the weekend for a family gathering. Most of the photos I took are family snapshots, but I got a few others. This one was taken while visiting a neighbor's barn with my cousin to see the new calves. Mama cow was very protective! The lighting in the barn was troublesome, and I didn't want to use flash so as not to startle the animals, but I eventually lucked into this shot.
