It's nice to be able to say something positive about a company for once.

I ordered a plant for my mother for her birthday, which was this past week. I knew she wasn't going to be home on her birthday, so I ordered it to be delivered the day she was getting home.

What I couldn't have known was that she didn't go home that day, but instead went to the hospital. (She'll be fine, and is home now; details were in some filtered posts to respect her privacy some. She ended up being there for a couple of days, and the plant didn't do so well with still being in its packaging and then drowned by a friend trying to save it.

So Mom got in touch with the people I ordered from, and even though none of this was in any way their fault, they're sending her a new one free of charge.
