I was looking around at other language of flowers sites today, and lo and behold, there her copy of my site was, on Google. Last time I searched, it still showed up, but there was a "you don't have permission" error when I clicked on it, so I figured she'd taken it off, but Google hadn't caught up. But it's there again today.
Without going into a big legal mess I can't pay for, there isn't really any way to get her to take it down for real, is there? *sigh*
