...and the Hunt isn't even for another two weeks, almost!

thedan made a mini-Hunt for our team to practice on, and I've been test-solving it. I've finished about half of it -- more than that, I guess -- and am now staring at the rest in utter stymiedness.

If I'm this brain-fried after one evening, how will I ever make it through the Hunt?

(Caffeine. Lots of caffeine. And teamwork. Teamwork is a very good thing!)

What is The Hunt?

The Hunt is the MIT Mystery Hunt, the annual festival of brain torture at MIT. Teams solve a collection of brain-breaking puzzles (traditionally provided without directions) to find out where a "coin" (it's been any number of small objects, but it's called the coin for historical reasons) has been hidden on campus.

The only prize is that the team that wins has to write the next one. It's completely insane, and a lot of fun.
