"I don't want to be a muffin!"

Definitely the quote of the weekend from Legends, that one.
I was really sad to miss ToV, so I wasn't in the best mood when Legends started. But I ended up having a lot of fun, despite the fact that staffing is a much more stressful enterprise than playing. We had an influx of new crunchy staff due to a cast swap with another LARP, which made things much better. I could go out and do small-group or one-on-one face-role roleplaying and not feel like I was shortchanging everyone else.
And the first module I ever ran went well, I think. (Thanks so much to
ironrat for his cameo appearance as Launce, and the brainstorming help!) People seemed to enjoy it. And I got to play my first weekend-Big-Bad. And chew out the players, in another role. (You did what? You told him WHAT?) And do some awesome one-on-one stuff.
So what happened at ToV? I hear the Insane Costuming Project got a second showing -- awesome! -- but what else?
