Redactress; technically not a word, but I like it better than redactrix as the feminine of redactor, as it better captures multiple aspects of your personality. Given a little more leeway, I might stretch the "red" into "reddish-orange," as the color I would associate with you, but "reddish-orangeactress" doesn't work as a construct. Perhaps in German.

Speaking of which, when I asked essentially this question of some friends in college, the first quick answer someone gave was "Schadenfreude," and no one else was able to come up with anything they felt better suited me. Hardly the sort of ego boost I was looking for.

I couldn't say. When my brain parsed "redactress" into "red actress," my immediate response was, no, really she's more of a reddish-orange. Call it synesthesia if that helps, but I doubt that it is. I don't think I would have been able to easily come up with this if "What color...?" had been the question you asked. Primed with red, though, it felt just enough right and just enough wrong that I was able to figure out how to fix it.
