Today's the day.

I voted. I love voting in my precinct. My polling place is a little firehouse on a side street, and it all feels very neighborly. One of the firefighters was out front washing a fire engine, and others were inside watching TV and chatting while we voted. And we don't use electronic voting machines -- we fill out bubbles on paper sheets that then get scanned.

Today is also, of course, the day the Wordplay DVD comes out. :)
