Today's the day.

I voted. I love voting in my precinct. My polling place is a little firehouse on a side street, and it all feels very neighborly. One of the firefighters was out front washing a fire engine, and others were inside watching TV and chatting while we voted. And we don't use electronic voting machines -- we fill out bubbles on paper sheets that then get scanned.

Today is also, of course, the day the Wordplay DVD comes out. :)

Sunday morning on the way to church (in the same vehicle-- Sheeyun is making an effort to be in the same vehicle now), Sheeyun remakred that he likes the wordplay spot, and like Will Shortz. "Yes," I said, "he seems to be a nice guy. And Kath knows him and says so."

He was utterly stunned. :D

I think we need to watch Wordplay. :D
