My body is finally starting to rebel at the treatment I've been giving it. Must get sleep between now and Con, 'cause lord knows I won't get enough during it.

The power cord on my laptop is dead. Again. This is already the third one I've had in the three years or so that I've had the computer. I ordered a new one last night, and it should arrive in a day or two, but argh.

I'm thinking it's time to start looking into replacing my laptop; it still does what I want it to, but it's heavier and bulkier than a lot of the newer ones. (And the fact that the power cord keeps going is not so great.) However, if certain things pan out the way they might, I might decide I want to switch to a Mac, so I think I'll hold off at least a little while.

Math questions. Must think about math questions. Don't wanna.

No sleep during Con? What do you mean? I've set the optimistic goal of coming to the business meeting, mostly so I can just see what goes on and prove to myself that I can regulate my sleep schedule. Maybe see if I'd want to get involved. Maybe.

But given that I'm leaving for LA on Saturday and will be on vacation for the entire time, I'm thinking that's probably a very optimistic goal, and not just a sort of optimistic one.

In that case, I nominate you to drag my ass out of bed on Saturday morning. Of course, considering that the last time a Krewe member woke me up it led directly to solving the orange-star-meta last Hunt, that may not be such a bad thing.
