One more day of work, then it's playtime. Hard to focus today!

Had a very pleasant afternoon/evening out on the riverside with bendix et al. (chanaleh, sorry I never got to you -- I ran into the other group first!) I got some fireworks photos, though I haven't uploaded them yet.

Random question: why is it so hard to find a complete Sweeney Todd recording? I've struck out at Borders, Strawberries, and Tower so far. I wanted to get a copy before I leave so I can listen on the plane and so on, but no luck. I haven't tried the Virgin store on Newbury, and I'm not sure if I'll get there today or not.

Tonight, must pack. Must remember swimsuit. :)

Because there isn't one. Every recording, including the video, is abridged to some degree.
The original cast album is the most complete musically; if you can't find a copy of that, well...give me until the weekend, 'k?

The original cast album's the one I was looking for. All I could find was "Highlights from..." which is not going to be very useful for an ensemble member.

Going to try the Virgin store tonight if I have time.

I recently bought the original cast recording, on two CDs, via Amazon. Not very helpful considering you want it tomorrow, but it is out there.
