Making progress.
Dec. 20th, 2005 08:24 amCrossed some things off the to-do list: cards (most of them anyway), sending Grandma her calendar, getting the camera ready for the trip, calling in prescription refill, leaving a note and rent check for the landlady, paying bills. Remembered to put out the trash this morning. Got headphones for work and a CD player for the trip.
Still have too much to do. Tonight is laundry, and maybe last-minute wrapping if the things to be wrapped arrive. I need to start putting all the stuff that needs to be packed in one place.
My dad said I might want one simple dress for the trip, in case we do something that needs a little nicer. I don't own a simple dress. And this is not the time of year to be finding a simple dress to wear in 80-degree temperatures. I don't even have a good skirt I could take. Gah.
Right, this is all voluntary, and the end result will be fun. Must keep remembering that. :)
Oh, and I appear to be vocal directing Patience at MIT this spring...
