Halloween

It's very hard to have a serious business conversation with someone dressed as:

• Ozzy Osbourne
  
• a bottle of white-out
  
• Jack the Ripper
  

Not to mention a "virgin Bloody Mary" (young woman in a schoolgirl outfit, with fake blood on her face and celery stuck in her pocket), a hunchback lurking in the server room, or an "incognito" movie star who looks just like every other incognito movie star.

Then again, I'm wandering around dressed all in green (including bright kelly green tights) with a bright green party hat on and green streamers draped around my neck and green balloons tied to my arms...



... the Green Party.



I love my office. Lots of creative, silly people.

Lucky you; my workplace is a fount of mundanity. I'm decked out in scrubs, shower cap, mask, and flashy raygun, posing as Dr. Eisner (a locally-known, highly-advertised laser eye surgeon), and apart from a couple of folks in orange-and-black sweaters I'm the only one who dressed up. I went to a lot of trouble too. :(
