I have something called the "photic sneeze reflex." Basically, bright light tends to make me sneeze. If I walk outside on a bright day after being indoors, I will almost certainly sneeze. This is actually occasionally useful; if I feel the tickle of a sneeze but can't seem to get it out, I can sometimes trigger it by looking at a light.
I have discovered that this does not work with the fluorescent lights in my office.
(Off to Intercon tonight. We shall see how it goes.)

Date: 2006-03-04 01:58 am (UTC)The most noticeable time this happens is going to movie theaters during a summer afternoon. It's completely dark, and once the light hits, bam.
