Okay, what the heck did I do to my wrist while assembling the desk yesterday? It's not swollen or anything, but if I move it at all it screams at me. Ow. :(

Well, I can check desk-buying off my list of things to do while unemployed, but that was the fun one. Now I have to do all the less-fun ones, like cleaning my room. Bleah. I hate cleaning. I wish I were more organized to begin with so I wouldn't end up with big piles of stuff to clean up, but that never seems to happen either. Ah well.

Did you have to drive a bunch of screws by hand? If so, you may have just tired yourself out--it should be feeling better after a few days' rest.

(Like you, I enjoy furniture assembly and other small construction tasks. In the case of furniture, I've found it's a lot more fun now that I own a decent cordless screwdriver. :-)

I did have to do a bunch of screws by hand, but that was with my right hand, and it's my left wrist that hurts. Weird.

And yes, Dan, desk-buying was the fun one. Given that the others are cleaning my room and cleaning out my closet...
