wow! you got some awesome shots! I never take the picture in time to catch them. bravo! you didn't get my 2 favorites though. *pout* i loved the stars and i wanted more!! and then there were those ones that were half and half. half was like the domey white and the other half was a red (i think) pointy burst! they were sooo pretty! did you like the show? we felt like the finale wasn't as good as it usually is. the smilies and cubey things were neat though. how do they make shapes like that?

It is hard to get good shots -- I took a lot more than I posted, and most of them weren't very good! I couldn't get a good shot of the stars or the half-and-half ones -- I know I tried, but there's this delay with a digital camera between when you press the button and when the picture actually takes, and with fireworks that delay means you miss it!

These are just beautiful, Sax. What did you use to take the pictures?

My Canon Powershot A75. Nothing fancy, as digital cameras go, but it does pretty good stuff.
