A question for the LJ braintrust.

I want a stone pendant that I can decorate.

Ideally, I want a smooth, rounded, natural stone, maybe an inch or two across, that I can paint a design on. It needs to be drilled or otherwise prepared so I can hang it on a cord as a pendant.

Can anyone suggest where I might find such a thing, either online or in the Boston area?

I'd thought about that. I looked at Granitex at Pearl the other day, but the only colors they had were pink and turquoise, which weren't quite what I had in mind. What do the other colors look like?

They have gray and a brownish color. I can dig up a few examples and bring them when we meet to Slay on Saturday.
