As is often the case, ericberlinblog is the source of a link to someone's amazing project. In this case, it's Space Invaders recreated using an auditorium, a bunch of people, and time-lapse photography.

That is so cool and geeky! Must've taken For Ever.

When my brother was an undergrad, his dorm had a lot of MacSE's and MacClassics lying around (those quaint little beige boxes). They turned one into a chalkboard and another into a fishtank... and then spent an afternoon making a stop-action movie of a bunch of these old Macs dance in circles around the dorm hallway, a la the iMac commercial.
