Things that are cold: My apartment. It was below 50 in here when I got home.

Fortunately, the heat's working again now, so it'll warm up again. But brr.

I wasn't at the Hunt, but my reaction to reading the clue was, "Oh! That's the minimum number of seats for a theater to be considered Off-Broadway (instead of Off-Off Broadway)." Am I way off?
