Jun. 22nd, 2007 01:24 pmIf they'd split my sternum open and done heart-valve surgery on me, I expect I'd be a cranky, sore, unhappy mess a week later.
My mother has no pain to speak of, and the hard part is going to be keeping her from doing too much too soon. Everyone who sees her says how amazingly well she looks, and I agree.
Oh, and the Rockies swept the Yankees. Life is good. :)

There's at least some suspicion with my dad that more is NOT always better, and that his shoulder is or was worse off/more easily re-injured than they it have been if he'd stuck to only the amount of rehab exercises he was supposed to do, and not upped them and/or started to try to throw/catch so soon, etc.
