I came back from vacation to find these signs on all the stairway doors in my office. It's a cameraphone photo, so not very good quality, but I was amused.

I know it's hard to read the expression of a stick figure, but the one at the top just looks so...unconcerned.

I think you've correctly read the posture. The guy on top isn't even looking at the falling person below, and he/she has clearly shoved the door open with all their straight-armed might.
