Production week! That weird and wondrous time
When suddenly the mess that was your show
Gains costumes, sets, and lighting, and you find
It starts to come together, even though
You thought it never would. Quite perfect? No,
Of course it isn't, but it's getting there.
We're learning how to navigate the space
And try not to collide with other folks
Or with the set, et cetera, et al.
My brain is in a fog from lack of sleep;
The nights this week are not too short so far,
But, added to last weekend, still the sum
Of hours spent in sleep is not enough.

Our ticket mistress will be there tonight,
So if you'd like to come to see the show,
I can arrange a ticket for you. If
You want me to, just leave a comment here
Or send me e-mail. I can spot the cost,
So long as you will bring the money when
You come to see the show and pay me back. :)
