Unfortunately, the public version is just barely too small to read easily.

There are three levels of resolution: a thumbnail, an intermediate size showing both pages, and an option to enlarge each recto or verso. I don't know if we're looking at the same resolution, but this single-page enlargement looks reasonably legible to me. The ideal, of course, would be a scalable-vector-graphics version. Any volunteers? :-)
