I don't remember a specific meeting, either, though likewise I can guess with reasonable certainty where it was, and within a month or two of the time (roughly January of '89).

One of my earliest concrete memories involves a lovely evening with you and one or two other people (probably some subset of Josh, Will, and Lucy) hanging out in your room at Adams. It was one of the first times I'd ventured into anyone's room at the Houses (as opposed to the freshman dorms), and I remember it fondly.

I also remember a walk back from MIT during which I explained to you and... Michelle, maybe? ... the plot of one or two Gilbert & Sullivan operettas. I don't remember why I was doing this, though!
